Hello, Rūta
I send you the shp-files for obstacles limitation surfaces of Estonian aerodromes. Six of our largest aerodromes (Tallinn, Ämari, Tartu, Pärnu, Kuressaare, Kärdla) have also height restrictions due to the instrumental flight procedures, but we do not have good file for that. The best I can describe thse surfaces, is that they are circles with approximately 56 km radius. The maximum allowable height of the obstacles within these circles varies, but if the planned windmill is outside these circles, then there should be no height restriction because of the aviation requirements.
Hopefully that was of some help. If you need some additional clarification, please let me know.

I am looking for geospatial information ( shp or geodatabase) regarding Estonian airport and airfield restriction and protection zones.
Please let me know if you have this information to share or if you know who could have it.
The information will be used when looking for most suitable areas for wind energy development. This is important to avoid any restrictive areas for exploration and researching.
