Having received your letter according to which your mandate as judge of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kosovo will come to an end in December, I would like to sincerely thank you for the work you have done in promoting democratic values and the rule of law.

Moreover, I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the strengthening of meaningful

cooperation betw-een our courts, which I wish to continue in the future.

I have fond memories of the Solemn Ceremony and International Conference held in Prishtina last year where best practices were exchanged. Compiling all the presentations into one

publication is very much appreciated as it indeed has a scientific and practical value.

I wish you all the best for your future endeavours. I would also like to express my hopes that

we will have the opportunity to meet in future events.
