On behalf of the delegation of the Supreme Court of Estonia, we would like to express our sincere gratitude to you and your esteemed colleagues for the excellent organisation of the Joint Seminar of the Supreme Court of Estonia and the Supreme Adrninistrative Court of Finland in Helsinki. This seminar provided a valuable opportunity to further develop cooperation between

our respective courts and to strengthen the personal connections among the justices and advisers. The presentations and discussions during the seminar were insightful and pragmatic,

reminding us once again the values and challenges we share.

Our delegation extends special appreciation to Ms Outi Suviranta, Mr Joni Heliskoski, Ms Jenny Rebold. Ms Kaisa Pärssinen-Knight, Ms Mirka Kuisma, Ms Elina Tukiainen and

others for the very warrn welcome and for all their help and advice concerning our delegation's stay in Helsinki.

Once again, thank you for welcoming us at the Supreme Administrative Court of Finland, and

hosting such a successful seminar. We look forward to future opportunities for cooperation and
