Hereby we confirm that Kädli Moor worked in the National Communications Board from

23.10.2001 until 28.07.2004. During this period she held two expert level positions:

1. Specialist, Tariffs and Competition Office, in the Department of Regulated Markets from

23.10.2001 to 13.05.2004.

Her duties included:

- control and analysis of the costs and tariffs of telecommunication markets services;

- analysed the telecommunications markets and contributed to the designation of operators with

significant market power;

- assisted in drawing up financial reports/statistics.

2. Chief Specialist in the Department of Regulated Markets from 14.05.2004 to 28.07.2004.

Her duties included:

- control and analysis of the costs and tariffs of telecommunication markets services;
