The yearly presentation of the French Army will take place on 21st November 2024 in Paris at the Ecole Militaire. The theme I chose this year is “the Army constantly acts as an airland component on operation”. This major milestone will hence highlight our Army’s ability to produce effects at strategic level.
The evolutions of the conflicts in Ukraine and in the Near and Middle-East, the works conducted by NATO in the framework of the New Force Model and the prospects we share for the future require that we are able to interact and to develop our ability to be interoperable to serve collective defence. In that context, this event and the presence of the Estonian land forces are especially important to me.
I would therefore be delighted to welcome and delegation from your land forces in the early afternoon to discover our Army. Lieutenant-Colonel Arnaud Leclerc (arnaud- [email protected]), staff officer in charge of Estonia at the Army Staff / International Affairs is ready to give you the practical details of this activity.
