Thank you for the invitation to speak at Estonia’s flagship digital policy event, the Tallinn Digital Summit, on 19-20 November 2024. This will be an excellent opportunity to discuss digitalisation in the context of significant geopolitical and technological shifts.

Unfortunately, due to prior engagements, I will not be able to attend. However, we would very much like to send the EBRD representative to attend the Summit. Mr Tomas Kairys, EBRD’s Head of the Baltic States ( [email protected] ), will further coordinate this matter for the Bank and revert with the name of our proposed representative.
