Dear Estonia Integra proposes a Climate Ark east of west of Tartu The Ark aims to provide accommodation for future generations; 5,000-500,000 inhabitants with at least

50% for youth up to 30 years, so that the 20s-30s can take care of the younger occupants. The Ark can be energy self-sufficient by using 24/7 renewable energy for electricity, water purificat ion and

desalination, heating, cooling and green hydrogen for fertilisers and food production. Half the area of the Ark could be used for households, education, transportation, energy storage and

medical centres, and the balance for commercial buildings and services-based industries. The Ark and its infrastructure could be financed by international and local sources and development
