Thank you very much for taking the time to validate the data and for those who have submitted and uploaded new datasets.

I am attaching below a new link with an updated set of tables for your review and validation, specifically for Table 12. We are now excluding previous positive cases and children under 15 years old, which were not excluded in the previous analysis. As a result, the table had to be revised, and I kindly ask for your feedback on this new version.

Please leave your comments directly on the tables, as this will help us track who has provided input and when. I kindly request your comments and suggestions by Monday, the 30th. I apologize in advance for the short notice, but we are slightly behind schedule on the report production process we established with WHO this year.

Additionally, I would kindly ask Ireland, Denmark, Portugal, and Liechtenstein to review their data in the tables, as the new dataset uploads have been included in TESSy.

Dear Colleagues,

First of all, many thanks for your excellent and greatly appreciated support to the deadline for submission of HIV and AIDS data for the forthcoming 2024 HIV/AIDS Surveillance in Europe report, 2023 data.

This is the  link to the files containing the set of tables with HIV and AIDS data from countries whose submissions through TESSy are sufficiently validated. We kindly ask you to review the data for your country as presented in the tables. Please note that all report tables containing country-specific data are included for your review, while tables with data grouped by countries will be produced later. Additionally, please don't forget to review and update the information in Annexes 4, 5, and 6.

We encourage you to use the provided link to consolidate all comments into one file. However, if you do not have access to the link or encounter any issues, please let me know and use the attached file instead. The attached file should only be used if the link is not functioning for you.

If you have not already done so, we also ask you to please upload the number of HIV tests performed in your country during 2023.

Please check your data in the tables, send us your comments and complete any potential resubmissions by 20 September 2023, to make sure that your data will appear correctly in the 2024 report.
