REGARDING THE TERMINATION OF THE CONTRACT UNDER PUBLIC LAW No.1-10/20/0404-1
Limited Liability Company Urbo bankas (hereinafter referred to as the Company), Estonian Transport Administration and Estonian Tax and Customs Board 30/03/2020 have signed the Contract under public la No.1-10/20/0404-1 (hereinafter referred to as “Contract”).
Due to the closure of the Kalvarijos KAP specified in Appendix 1 of the Contract from 30/09/2024, the Company in accordance with p. 10.2 of the Contract from 30 November 2024 will terminate the Contract. Please note that no additional notification regarding the termination of the contract will be sent.
