CTIF Delegates Assembly Sofia, Bulgaria, 12th of June 2025
Dear members, On behalf of the CTIF, we would like to invite you to the Delegate’s Assembly 2025 in Sofia, Bulgaria. The Delegates Assembly will convene on Thursday, 12th of June 2025. The Delegates Assembly is CTIF‘s highest decision making body and there are several very important points on the agenda. Amongst them is the re / election of one Vice President. In accordance with the Internal regulations: The General Secretary will announce when new elections are required to the full membership (National Committees) before the planned election date. Each National Committee is able at the very least until six months (12th December 2024) before the renewal of members of the Executive Committee, to propose candidates to the General Secretariat. The proposal of the candidates must include:
− CV (template, in three official languages – English, French, German),
− Letter of support from the national organization, which is an ordinary member of the CTIF.
Deadline for nominations: December 12, 2024

Chers membres, Au nom du CTIF, nous avons le plaisir de vous inviter à l’Assemblée des délégués 2025 à Sofia, en Bulgarie. L’Assemblée des délégués se réunira le jeudi 12 juin 2025. L’Assemblée des délégués est l’organe décisionnel suprême du CTIF et plusieurs points très importants sont à l’ordre du jour. Parmi elles, la réélection d’un vice-président. Conformément à du règlement intérieur : Le Secrétaire Général informera les membres (comités nationaux) avant la date prévue des élections lorsque de nouvelles élections sont nécessaires. Chaque Comité national peut, au minimum jusqu'à six mois avant le renouvellement des membres du Comité exécutif, proposer des candidats au Secrétariat général. La proposition des candidats doit comprendre :
− Un CV (en trois langues officielles – anglais, français, allemand),
− Une lettre de soutien du comité national nationale, membre ordinaire du CTIF, auquel le candidat appartient.
Date limite de candidature : 12 decembre 2024

Liebe Mitglieder, Im Namen des CTIF möchten wir Sie zur Delegiertenversammlung 2025 in Sofia, Bulgarien, einladen. Die Delegiertenversammlung tagt am Donnerstag, den 12. Juni 2025. Die Delegiertenversammlung ist das höchste Entscheidungsgremium des CTIF und es stehen mehrere sehr wichtige Punkte auf der Tagesordnung. Hierzu gehört die Wiederwahl eines Vizepräsidenten. Gemäß der Geschäftsordnung: Der Generalsekretär wird den Mitgliedern (Nationalkomitees) vor dem geplanten Wahltermin bekannt geben, wann Neuwahlen erforderlich sind. Jedes Nationalkomitee hat bis sechs Monate vor der Wiederwahl der Mitglieder des Exekutivkomitees die Möglichkeit, dem Generalsekretariat Kandidaten vorzuschlagen. Der Vorschlag der Kandidaten muss Folgendes enthalten:
− Lebenslauf (in drei Amtssprachen – Englisch, Französisch, Deutsch),
− Unterstützungsschreiben der nationalen Organisation, die ordentliches Mitglied des CTIF ist.
Abgabefrist: 12. Dezember 2024
