Dear President Dordeviõ,
I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the kind invitation to participate in the l3th Annual Conference of Best Practices in the Slovenian Judiciary on 5 December 2024. Regrettably, I am unable to attend the Conference as I have prior commitments that could not be rearranged and which do not allow me to leave Estonia. Unfortunately, the same applies to my colleagues, who also have obligations that make it impossible for them to attend. I express my sincere regrets for not being able to travel to Kranj this December.
I wish you every success with the organisation of the Conference!
