I'm Jin Seo from the korean embassy.
We would appreciate it if you could arrange a meeting for the Korean delegation team that will arrive on December 6th.
The head of delegation team will be the Director General for Emergency Preparedness Policy", from the Ministry of the Interior and Safety
They would like to hear and discuss the following topics below from the specialist.
Regarding Ukrainian Refugees
1. Refugee accomodation facilities (types of facilities, preparation during normal times), methods for controlling expenses related to meal provision, etc
2. Entities reponsible for providing support for living conditios (food, clothing, shleter) upon accomodation (eg. Polish government, international organization, volunteer gruops)
3. Life inside nad outside of the accomodation centre
4. Control over activities outside the accomodation centre
