SOODUSTUS: Kindlustusmakse sisaldab kampaaniasoodustust 11,27 EUR (Salva pagasikindlustus kuni 400 € tasuta;Riigiasutused).
ERITINGIMUSED: Golfireisi eritingimus Erinevalt punktis 6.4.8 ja 6.4.9 toodust on golfivarustus kindlustatud kogu pagasi kindlustussumma ulatuses.
COVID-19 haigestumisega seotud tervisekindlustuse kaitse Tervisekindlustuse alusel hüvitatakse COVID-19 (sealhulgas COVID-19 mutatsioonidest ja variatsioonidest lähtuva) haigestumise tõttu välismaal tekkinud ravikulud (kulud diagnostikale, ravimitele,haiglaravile) kuni summani 200 000 eurot. Juhul kui kindlustuslepingusse märgitud tervisekindlustuse kindlustussumma on väiksem kui 200 000 eurot, on hüvitatavate COVID-19 ravikulude maksimaalne suurus piiratud tervisekindlustuse kindlustussummaga. Samuti katame lisakulutused majutusele karantiini sattumise korral ning vajadusel uute tagasisõidupiletite maksumuse kuni 2000 eurot eeldusel, et kindlustatul on meditsiiniliselt kinnitatud COVID-19 haigestumine.
COVID-19 haigestumisega seotud reisitõrke kaitse Hüvitame kasutamata reisipaketi maksumuse juhul, kui kindlustatul diagnoositakse COVID-19 haigestumine pärast reisi ärajäämise kindlustuskaitse kehtivuse algust ning reisimine on seega vastunäidustatud.
Kindlustatu peab COVID-19 haigestumise tõendama arstitõendiga, kiirtesti tulemust kindlustusandja tõendina ei aktsepteeri.
Kindlustuskaitse algus Käesolev poliis kehtib vaid nende kindlustatute osas, kes 22.10.2024 alustavad oma reisi Eesti Vabariigist. Juhul kui kindlustatu viibib 22.10.2024 juba välismaal, siis tema kindlustuskaitse algab 25.10.2024.

TINGIMUSTE TÄPSUSTUS Reisi ärajäämise (5.1.1) kindlustusjuhtumiks ei loeta punktis 5.2.7 loetletud põhjuseid, mille tõttu jääb kindlustatud isikul ära planeeritud reis. Reisitõrke kindlustuse punkti 5.4.3 alusel ei hüvitata eralennuki kasutamise kulusid.
Reisi ärajäämise kindlustuskaitse alguskuupäev Erinevalt poliisil märgitud Reisi ärajäämise kindlustuskaitse alguskuupäevast hakkab Reisi ärajäämise kindlustuskaitse kehtima koheselt peale kindlustuspoliisi väljastamist, kui kindlustusleping on ostetud samal päeval kui reisiteenus, mille ärajäämise riski kindlustusleping katab.
TÜÜPTINGIMUSED: Reisikindlustuse tingimused (RKT-20.03) Salva Kindlustuse AS Kindlustuse Üldtingimused (KÜ-23) Kindlustuslepingule kohalduvate tüüptingimuste- ja isikuandmete töötlemise põhimõtetega on võimalik tutvuda Salva Kindlustuse AS kodulehel www.salva.ee.

TINGIMUSED
KINDLUSTUSLEPINGU LÕPETAMINE: Kindlustuslepingu lõpetamise tingimused on toodud võlaõigusseaduses ning kindlustuspoliisil viidatud tüüptingimustes.
KINDLUSTUSLEPINGULE KOHALDATAV ÕIGUS: Käesolevale kindlustuslepingule kohaldatakse Eesti õigust.
VAIDLUSTE LAHENDAMISE KORD: Kindlustuslepingust tulenevad vaidlused lahendatakse lepingus nimetatud tüüptingimuste ja Eesti Vabariigi õigusaktide alusel. Kindlustusvaidluste kohtuväliseks lahendamiseks on õigus pöörduda Eesti Kindlustusseltside Liidu juures tegutseva kindlustusvaidluste lepitusorgani poole aadressil Mustamäe tee 46, 10621, Tallinn (lisateave www.eksl.ee/et/lepitusorgan). Enne lepitusmenetlust tuleb vaidlusküsimuses esitada nõue kindlustusandjale ja anda kindlustusandjale võimalus nõudele vastata. Kindlustusvaidlused, mille suhtes ei ole saavutatud kokkulepet, lahendatakse Harju Maakohtus.

KAHJUJUHTUMIST TEATAMISE TÄHTAEG: Kindlustusvõtja või temaga võrdsustatud isik peab kahju toimumisest, selle iseloomust ja suurusest kindlustusandjat informeerima kirjalikult või kirjalikku taasesitamist võimaldavas vormis viivitamatult alates kahjujuhtumist teadasaamisest, hiljemalt kahjujuhtumile järgneval esimesel tööpäeval.
KINDLUSTUSLEPINGU SÕLMIMINE: Kindlustusleping jõustub esimese kindlustusmakse laekumisele järgnevast päevast, juhul kui ei ole kokku lepitud teisiti. Juhul kui kindlustusmakse on tasutud tähtaegselt, algab kindlustuskaitse kindlustusperioodil märgitud kindlustusperioodi esimesel kuupäeval. Kui esimene kindlustusmakse laekub hiljem kui 15 päeva arvates kindlustuspoliisile märgitud makse tasumise tähtpäevast, siis kindlustusleping ei jõustu ning kindlustusmakse kuulub tagastamisele. Kindlustusandjal ei ole kohustust maksta kindlustushüvitist nende kindlustusjuhtumite eest, mis toimusid enne kindlustuslepingu jõustumist. Kindlustuslepingu mistahes muudatus jõustub poliisile märgitud kuupäevale järgneval päeval, juhul kui ei ole kokku lepitud teisiti. Esimese kindlustusmakse tasumisega kinnitab kindlustusvõtja, et ta on kätte saanud kõik kindlustuslepingule kohalduvad kindlustustingimused, ta nõustub poliisil ja tingimustes oleva teabega ning kindlustusvõtjat, kindlustatut, kindlustatud eset ja kindlustusriski puudutavad andmed on õiged. Juhul kui poliisi sisu kaldub kõrvale kindlustusvõtja poolt edastatud teabest, peab kindlustusvõtja sellest kindlustusandjale teatama enne arve tasumist. Koos poliisiga väljastatakse kindlustusvõtjale arve esimese kindlusmakse tasumise kohta. Pooled on kokku leppinud, et arve edastatakse ainult elektroonilises vormis.
KINDLUSTATU KOHUSTUS: Kindlustusjuhtumi korral on kindlustatu nõus oma tervist puudutava meditsiinilise teabe, sh eelneva meditsiinilise seisundi kohta informatsiooni väljastamisega Salva Kindlustusele.
SIDEVAHENDI ABIL SÕLMITUD LEPINGUST TAGANEMINE: Tarbijast kindlustusvõtja võib sidevahendi abil sõlmitud kindlustuslepingust taganeda põhjust avaldamata 14 päeva jooksul. Taganemise tähtaeg algab kindlustuslepingu sõlmimise päevale järgnevast päevast. Taganemise õigus ei kehti pikenevate kindlustuslepingute suhtes.
KINDLUSTUSLEPINGU ANDMED: Kindlustusleping on sõlmitud kindlustusvõtja poolt kindlustusandjale edastatud teabe alusel kindlustusobjekti ja kindlustushuvi kohta. Kindlustusvõtja kinnitab, et käesoleva kindlustuslepingu sõlmimise eelselt on kindlustusandja selgitanud välja tema kindlustushuvi, tutvustanud kindlustusandja poolt pakutavaid kindlustuslahendusi ning kindlustusleping vastab kindlustusvõtja kindlustushuvile. Vahendustasu suuruseks käesoleva kindlustuslepingu sõlmimisel on 30%. Käesoleva kindlustuslepingu vahendanud kindlustusagent (AKTSIASELTS WRIS, Narva mnt 7D, Kesklinna linnaosa, Tallinn, Harju maakond, Eesti) on kantud kindlustusvahendajana Finantsinspektsiooni kodulehel avaldatud kindlustusagentide nimekirja (https://www.fi.ee/et /kindlustus/kindlustusvahendajad/kindlustus-0/kindlustusvahendajad). Nimetatud kodulehele on märgitud agendi poolt vahendatavad Salva Kindlustuse AS kindlustusliigid. Agent kinnitab, et tema poolt Salva Kindlustuse AS nimel kindlustuslepingu sõlmimiseks väljastatud kindlustuspakkumine või kindlustuslepingu sõlmimine on kooskõlas talle Salva Kindlustuse AS poolt antud volitusega. Salva Kindlustuse AS on väljastanud agendile kinnituse, et vastutab tema vahendustegevuse eest Salva Kindlustuse AS nimel. Järelevalvet kindlustusagendi tegevuse üle teostab Finantsinspektsioon, Sakala tn 4 15030. Kindlustuslepingust tulenevaid vaidlusi lahendab kohtueelselt Eesti Kindlustusseltside Liidu juures tegutsev lepitusorgan (https://www.lkf.ee/et /lepitusorgan).

KINDLUSTUSVÕTJA TEAVITAMISE KOHUSTUS: Kindlustusvõtja on kohustatud teavitama kindlustusandjat kõikidest poliisil esitatud andmete muutustest ning muudest teadaolevatest asjaoludest, sh asjaoludest, mis olid kindlustuslepingu sõlmimisel teada, kuid mis jäid tähelepanuta, millel võib olla mõju kindlustusandja otsusele kindlustusleping sõlmida või teha seda kokkulepitud tingimustel. Kõik avaldused, taotlused ja seletused tuleb kindlustusandjale esitada kirjalikku taasesitamist võimaldavas vormis. Kuni andmete muutust kajastava kirjaliku teate saamiseni loeb kindlustusandja õigeks poliisil märgitud andmed.
KINDLUSTUSJÄRELEVALVE: Finantsinspektsioon Sakala 4 15030 Tallinn. Finantsinspektsioon teostab järelevalvet kindlustusandja tegevuse õigusaktidega vastavuse üle. Finantsinspektsioon ei lahenda kindlustusandja ja kindlustusvõtja vahelist lepingulist vaidlust.
MIDA TEHA HAIGESTUMISE VÕI ÕNNETUSJUHTUMI KORRAL: Haigestumise või õnnetusjuhtumi korral palume tasuda raviarvete eest kohapeal ja hiljem esitada need Salva Kindlustusele. Kui Teil ei ole võimalik arveid tasuda, palume sellest tööpäevadel informeerida Salva Kindlustust. Vajadusel väljastame arstile garantiikirja Teie raviarvete tasumise kohta. Puhkepäevadel, öötundidel ja juhul kui Teid määratakse haiglaravile, palume sellest informeerida meditsiiniabi koordinaatorit SOS International, kes korraldab Teie raviarvete tasumise. HOW TO ACT IN CASE OF AN ACCIDENT OR ILLNESS: In case of accident or illness please pay for medical services locally and then submit the invoices to Salva Kindlustus. If You are not able to pay for the medical services please contact Salva Kindlustus in European office hours (from 8:00 to 17:00 UTC+2 hours). If necessary, we will send the doctor a letter of guarantee confirming the coverage of medical treatment costs. On weekends, at night hours and if You are hospitalized, please inform SOS International who will arrange the payment of invoices. The coverage of COVID-19 disease in health insurance This policy covers medical treatment costs (costs on diagnosis, medications, hospital treatment) related to COVID-19 disease (including mutations and variations of COVID-19) that incurred abroad up to 200 000 euros. In case the health insurance sum insured specified above in the insurance contract is less than 200 000 euros, the maximum amount of reimbursable COVID-19 medical expenses is limited to health insurance sum insured. In case the Insured is quarantined, extra accommodation and flight ticket costs are covered up to 2000 euros – provided COVID-19 disease of the insured has been medically confirmed.
The coverage of COVID-19 disease in travel interruption We will refund the cost of the unused travel package if the insured person is diagnosed with COVID-19 after the travel cancellation insurance cover comes into effect and therefore travel becomes contraindicated. The insured person must prove COVID-19 disease with a medical certificate, the insurance company does not accept the result of a rapid test as evidence.

Если указанная в договоре страхования сумма страхования здоровья составляет менее 200 000 евро, максимальный размер возмещаемых в связи с COVID-19 медицинских расходов ограничивается суммой страхования здоровья. Мы также покрываем дополнительные расходы на проживание в случае попадания в карантин, а также, при необходимости, новые билеты домой в размере до 2000 евро при условии, что у застрахованного есть медицинское подтверждение заболевания COVID-19.
Страховая защита от прерывания поездки в связи с заболеванием COVID-19 Мы возместим стоимость неиспользованного туристического пакета, если у застрахованного лица диагностирован COVID-19 после того, как вступает в силу страховая защита от отмены поездки, и поэтому поездка становится противопоказана.
