We would like to advertise to you an AURORAE Webinar on 29th October 10:00 – 12:00 CET: Introduction to INSaFLU-TELEVIR hosted at ECDC Virtual Academy (EVA).
INSaFLU-TELEVIR is an open web-based bioinformatics suite for viral metagenomic detection and routine genomic surveillance. This webinar will enable you to use the tool for genomic surveillance and recognise its advantages and limitations.
The training is provided by INSA, Lisbon commissioned by ECDC to the AURORAE consortium.
If you are a laboratory technician, microbiologist or epidemiologist interested in genomic surveillance of viral pathogens such as influenza, SARS-CoV-2 or RSV, please enrol today and tell your colleagues.
