Payment according to the invoice issued after the receipt of the test

report. The invoice shall be paid in 30 days after its receipt

ADDITIONAL REMARKS: − The Customer will deliver materials for testing to BOSMAL at their own risk and cost (incl. duty

charges and insurance if necessary).

− Each contract party is obliged to bear their own bank charges.

− The Customer is obliged to pay all applicable taxes, custom duties and insurance.

− The Customer according to INCOTERMS conditions will deliver to BOSMAL objects for tests/processing

on the basis of DDP Bielsko –Biała and then collect it/them back, on its own cost and risk on the basis of

EXW (incl. duty charges and insurance if necessary).

− In case of incorrect delivery conditions specification in the shipment documents the Customer will be

charged with adequate costs.

− If BOSMAL is requested to assess conformity with a standard or a requirement, please indicate the

assessment principle (simple acceptance, guard band - binary or non-binary. Details at

https://www.bosmal.com.pl/798-potwierdzanie_zgodnosci_wynikow ).

− In case of no choice of assessment conformity principle, BOSMAL will follow the guidelines of simple

acceptance in in accordance with ILAC-G8:2019 p.4.2.1(for details see https://www.bosmal.eu/798-

statement_of_results_conformity)

− The Offer was prepared on the basis of standards available to BOSMAL. In case of any changes,

the customer will provide updated editions so that the Offer can be revised accordingly

− BOSMAL stores the objects after testing for maximum three weeks after sending the corresponding test

report and after that the samples are scrapped/recycled. Unless agreed otherwise.

− Please quote on the order:

- BOSMAL offer number,

- the recipient of the invoice,

- invoice and shipping address,

- the recipient of the test report (e-mail, address).

− The offer was prepared in the form of a document under pain of nullity.

− Any changes in the offer must be kept in a documentary form under pain of nullity.
