• * Aircraft Maintenance Programme (AMP) Approval:

• * Maintenance programs should be sent in digital format to [email protected] from where it will be forwarded to an airworthiness department inspector who will establish contact. Please note it may take up to 30 days for AMP review. With the AMP please also provide the source documents for the included tasks (as in maintenance manual Ch 4 and 5, STC/mod ICA if applicable, repair status, AD status, etc.).

Note: Digital-signing using DigiDoc4 program is the norm in Estonia (https://www.id.ee/en/article/digital-signing-and-electronic-signatures/). The file is put in a digital signature container. The contents of the container can only be accessed with the beforementioned software. Other methods of electronic signatures (like Adobe) are not used in Estonian Transport Administration. If you would like the AMP approval page to be signed by hand, then please inform us and provide the approval page to be signed with information where to return it to. Otherwise we would send a digitally signed (container) file via E-Mail.

• * There are not particular forms or documentation that need to be completed.

• * National Requirements for NCC Operations:

• * There are no Estonian-specific regulations or guidelines. Declaration of operations iaw ORO.DEC.100 should be submitted using form OT_231_K1_V1_r3, which can be found https://www.transpordiamet.ee/taotlused-blanketid#lennutegevus-ja-koo (current direct download link: https://www.transpordiamet.ee/sites/default/files/documents/2023-01/OT_231_K1_V1_r3_Lennutegevuse%20deklaratsioon.docx).
