La Oficina Internacional de la Organización Mundial de la Propiedad Intelectual (OMPI) presenta sus atentos saludos y tiene el honor de señalar a su atención la reciente publicación de Indicadores mundiales de propiedad intelectual (WIPI) de 2024.

El informe de 2024 ofrece una visión general del uso del sistema de propiedad intelectual en todo el mundo y contiene los datos de 2023. En 2023, los innovadores de todo el mundo presentaron 3,55 millones de solicitudes de patente, con lo que se trata del cuarto año consecutivo de crecimiento. Le Bureau international de l’Organisation Mondiale de la Propriété Intellectuelle (OMPI) présente ses compliments et a l’honneur d’appeler votre attention sur la récente publication des Indicateurs mondiaux relatifs à la propriété intellectuelle 2024.

Le rapport donne une vue d’ensemble de l’utilisation du système de la propriété intellectuelle dans le monde et présente les données de 2023. En 2023, les innovateurs du monde entier ont déposé quelque 3,55 millions de demandes de brevet, soit la quatrième année consécutive de croissance. Les dépôts de demandes d’enregistrement de dessins ou modèles industriels ont également enregistré une forte croissance, augmentant de 2,8% pour atteindre 1,52 million de dessins et modèles. Toutefois, le nombre de dépôts de demandes d’enregistrement de marques a baissé de 2%, passant à 15,2 millions. Le rapport donne également un aperçu des statistiques relatives aux indications géographiques et aux obtentions végétales.
