PLUS-Forum Digital Tajikistan in Dushanbe

Dear Ms. Liisa-Li Pakosta!

Allow us to hereby express our respect to you, as well as our interest and confidence in future

cooperation and inform you about the international PLUS-Forum “Digital Tajikistan” to be held at the

National Library of Tajikistan (5 Tekhron Street) in Dushanbe on November 25, 2024.

The Forum will be supported by the Agency for Innovation and Digital Technologies under the

President of the Republic of Tajikistan, the National Bank of Tajikistan, the Chamber of Commerce and

Industry of the Republic of Tajikistan.

The PLUS Group, the Organizer of the event, is well known to the banking community of Central Asian

countries. For three decades now, we have been publishing the PLUS Journal, a specialized periodical

covering the developments in the banking sector, payments industry, as well as in the retail sector

engaged with them closely. Besides, we also have 18 years of experience in organizing 50 international

thematic forums for the banking community and retailers under the PLUS-Forum brand held

successfully in the capitals of EAEU, SCO and CIS countries.

The Forum programme includes a discussion of the most relevant aspects of the further development of

a modern digital society, AI, e-GOV, banking transformation, fintech, cybersecurity, retail, mass remote

services. The mutually beneficial dialogue is aimed to accelerate the development of public services, the

economy and digitalization of the Republic of Tajikistan. Special attention will be paid to startups,

regulatory sandboxes, and integration of banks with telecom firms.

The PLUS-Forum Steering Committee invites you and your colleagues to take part in the event.

As part of the conference programme and a representative exhibition of promising solutions and

services, the Forum participants will be able to get acquainted with the innovative products and

solutions developed by the most advanced companies from all over the world including the EAEU and

CIS countries.
