DECISION

on refund of state fee

Gedeon Richter Romania S.A. has submitted an application for refund of state fee on 14.11.2024 as

the paid amount exceeds the prescribed amount (§ 15 lg 1 p 1).

State Agency of Medicines has assessed the application for refund of state fee, has verified the

applications for which the state fee is charged and has considered the application to be valid and to

be granted.

According to the State Fees Act § 12, § 13 and § 15 (lg 1 p 1) the State Agency of Medicines has

decided to refund the state fee to the amount of 153 euros to:

A challenge to this decision shall be submitted to the Agency within 30 days as from notification

of the decision. Where the recipient wishes to contest the decision in administrative court, he or

she may in accordance with the Code of Administrative Court Procedure § 7 paragraph 1 and 46

paragraph 1 submit an appeal against the decision to Tartu Administrative Court within 30 days as

from notification of the decision.
