Please submit the following information as attachments to your application:

• * Copy of  signatory's  Joonas Heiter valid foreign passport or identity card certified by a notary public/the police/the court.

• * The document provided must be the original notarized copy and cannot be older than six (6) months at the time when the application is received for processing.
• * If the certification is not available in Finnish, Swedish or English, you will also need to provide an official translation of it into one of the aforementioned languages.
• * The signatory may also, if necessary, visit a Finnish tax office near them or Digital and Population Data Services Agency service location to be identified. In this case they will need to bring a valid passport or identity card with them. Please note that some of the service locations require appointments. Check the service providers' websites for information on the appointments.

Submitting the additional information:

Post the additional information to Digital and Population Data Services Agency, PO Box 1003, FI-00531 Helsinki and attach the cover page you received with this request for additional data so that the documents are recorded for your application. In the event that you send the documents without the cover page or the mandate application number they will not be attached to your application, which will cause your application to be seen as withdrawn. In order to speed up the handling of the matter, we ask you to act in accordance with the instructions given.

Deadline and contact information:

Please submit the additional data by 14^th December 2024. Please note that failure to meet the deadline will automatically be seen as a withdrawal of the application.
