Appointment of BPR NEA Administrator and BPR end-user support point-of-contact

With reference to Interact BPR NEA by NEAs in Estonia I hereby forward the decisions of the

relevant national authorities nominating the two BPR NEA Administrator (one acting as

alternate) and the BPR end-user support point-of-contact.

I confirm that these appointments have been agreed in an applicable procedure on the national

level.

DECLARATION OF CONFIDENTIALITY AND NON-DISCLOSURE FOR BPR NEA ADMINISTRATORS I, Aljona Honga, undertake to exercise the greatest discretion with regard to use of information and user data conveyed through the Interact BPR NEA application as well as with regard to all facts and information coming to my knowledge in the course of or in connection with the performance of my duties relating to this application.

In particular, I acknowledge that the European Chemicals Agency is exclusively entitled to create user administrator accounts of the Interact BPR NEA application. In addition, I shall not disclose in any manner my user administrator login or other details needed for logging in these applications as a user administrator to any other person or party.

I acknowledge that I will be as a user administrator entitled to create user accounts of the Interact BPR NEA application for users designated by my Enforcement Authorities in my Member State based on their written decision. In this function, I shall undertake to exercise all discretion and conscience when recording user identities and granting them access to the Interact BPR NEA application. I shall collect and keep up-to-date a list of all persons with their contact details and position that have been granted access as well as documented decisions of enforcement authorities appointing these users.

I shall not disclose to any persons any information acquired as a result of my work as an administrator of Interact BPR NEA unless required for the fulfilment of my duties as BPR NEA Administrator or otherwise stipulated in Community or national law or already publicly available.

I accept that I continue to be bound by the above obligations also after these duties have ceased.
