I would like to refer to the ICAO Standards and Recommended Practices (SARPs) contained in Annex 14, Volume I, to the Chicago Convention that relate to the certification of aerodromes open to public use, including those used for international operations.

2. In order for us to monitor on an annual basis the progress made by EUR/NAT States in the implementation of the certification requirements for all designated aerodromes, and to better understand and address related challenges, we are kindly requesting your Administration to fill out Attachment A to this State Letter.
