ESSPO, Ltd (registry code 154167210, address J. Biliūno Str. 17, LT-29111, Anykščiai, Lithuania), represented by Lukas Pakeltis pursuant to statutes, hereinafter referred to as the seller

have concluded an amendment to the Public Contract No. 2-2/24/958 (hereinafter also referred to as the admentment) pursuant to § 123 Article 1 (7) of the Public Procurement Act as follows:

1. The preamble of the Public Contract will be amended and the Estonian Centre for Defence Investments will be added as the buyer as follows:

The Estonian Centre for Defence Investments (registry code 70009764, address Järve 34a, 11314, Tallinn) Estonian Defence Forces (registry code 70008641, address Juhkentali tn 58, 15007 Tallinn), Aktsiaselts Tallinna Lennujaam (registry code 10349560, Tartu mnt 101, 10112 Tallinn), represented under the statutes and authorisation by Magnus-Valdemar Saar, Director General of the Estonian Centre for Defence Investments, hereinafter referred to as the buyer or the buyers

2. Buyer details at the end of the Public Contract will be amended and the contact information of the

Estonian Centre for Defence Investments will be added to the other buyers as follows: The Estonian Centre for Defence Investments Registry code 70009764 Järve 34a, 11314 Tallinn, Estonia e-mail [email protected]

3. The clause 7.6 of the Annex 1 of the Public Contract will be amended and the clause 7.6.3 with the contact details of the Estonian Centre for Defence Investments will be added as follows:

7.6.3. If the Buyer is the Estonian Centre for Defence Investments: Estonian Centre for Defence Investments, registry code 70009764 Järve 34a, 11314, Tallinn

4. The translation error in the clause 14.1.3 of the Annex 1 of the Public Contract will be corrected and

the term “National Defense Investment Center” will be replaced by the term “Estonian Centre for Defence Investments”.

5. All other terms regarding the Public Contract remain unamended.

6. This amendment enters into force upon signature of both Parties.
