3-Year Consortium Communication and Engagement Plan
Year 1: Establishing Consortium Presence and Regulatory Alignment
Objectives:
- * Establish the consortium's presence with the European Commission, key EU regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders.
- * Begin initial alignment with relevant EU regulations, including implementing and delegated acts.
- * Set up foundational communication channels and outreach platforms.
Year 2: Engaging with EU Regulatory Processes and Use-Case Implementation
Objectives:
- * Deepen engagement with EU policymakers on specific implementing and delegated acts.
- * Provide concrete feedback on use-cases to influence upcoming legislation.
- * Raise awareness of consortium outputs and achievements among stakeholders.
Year 3: Policy Influence, Impact Reporting, and Long-Term Strategy
Objectives:
- * Maximize the consortium's impact on EU regulations through final recommendations and reports.
- * Influence future delegated and implementing acts based on the consortium's findings.
- * Ensure consortium outputs are integrated into EU legislation and industry standards.
