Audiitorkogu soovituse alusel, suunan oma küsimust Rahandusministeeriumisse.
Sooviksin teiega täpsustada, kas Eestis registrisse kantud välismaa äriühingu filiaalil vastavalt Audiitortegevuse seadusele §99 aruandeaasta näitajate tingimuste ületamisel tekkib auditi kohustus?
Või vastavalt Äriseadustik §388.2, kui filiaali konsolideeriv üksus (emaettevõtte) avalikustab majandusaasta aruannet Austria e-registris, siis Eestis registrisse kantud välismaa äriühingu filiaalil auditi kohustus ei rakendu?
