Such representation may be either direct, in which case the customs representative shall act in the name of and on behalf of Customer, or indirect, in which case the customs representative shall act in his own name but on behalf of Customer.

Kliendi saadetiste nõuetekohase käitlemise huvides ei kaota käesolev volikiri kehtivust juhul, kui Klient või FedEx kui juriidiline isik lakkab olemast ning Kliendi või FedEx’i õigused ja kohustused lähevad üle õigusjärglasele (nt äriühingute ühinemise või jagunemise tulemusel). Sellisel juhul jääb volikiri kehtima ja on siduv vastavalt Kliendi või FedEx’i õigusjärglastele. Klient kohustub: Customer undertakes to:

Translation of an invoice regarding a given shipment as made by the Customer's employee or a person indicated by the employee shall mean that the said employee is authorised to represent the Customer with respect to all activities relating to such shipment, as well as with respect to any omission thereof. The invoice copy may, apart from the translation, bear some other guidance or information affecting the method of service performance.
