Dear Martin,

We discussed the matter internally and since these accounts have been all approved it should not be possible

to change them retroactively.

The nature of the mistake seems however clerical, in that it does not aect any payments and, in addition, the

ratio between the estimated EU contribution and the estimated cost of the project also points to the correct

co-financing rate (75%).

If, as I understand, no further reporting is expected for the FY2024, then there is nothing to do. Otherwise, we

should make sure that the correct co-financing is included in the final accounts (Oct 23-Jun 24).

I remain available should you need to further clarify the matter.

My first and personal reaction is that I think it is good/ important that the value of the EU contribution is not

Dear Andrea,

We’ve discovered a mistake in FY 2021, FY 2022 and FY 2023 accounts.

It appears we have inserted mistakenly inaccurate % of Fund's co-financing. Instead of 75% we’ve reported

25%.

The project is EE/2020/PR/3000

In the section B. Accounting data under the project Cumulated Union contribution paid since the start of the

project is reported correctly, but the percentage of Unions contribution is not.

I ask for guidance, how should we correct this matter, considering that all the above mentioned accounts have

been approved already and the control of the project finished n FY 2023.
