Budget 2025, adopted by the General Assembly at its 84th session, held on

N O T E V E R B A L E
The International Institute for the Unification of Private Law (UNIDROIT) presents its
compliments to the Embassy of the Republic of Estonia in Italy and has the honour to communicate
herewith the UNIDROIT Budget for the financial year 2025 as approved by the UNIDROIT General
Assembly at its 84th session, held in Rome on 12 December 2024.
UNIDROIT in particular has the honour to advise the Embassy of the Republic of Estonia in
Italy that the contribution of its Government to the UNIDROIT Budget for the financial year 2025 was
fixed by the General Assembly at € 10.728,00, as indicated in the Appendix to the Budget.
The Secretariat takes this opportunity to recall the decision of the General Assembly at its
84th session regarding the events envisaged for the Centenary of UNIDROIT and would therefore be
most grateful if the Government of the Republic of Estonia would consider beginning internal
procedures to provide a voluntary financial contribution for the activities of the Centenary.
UNIDROIT would be grateful if the Government of the Republic of Estonia would kindly arrange
for the settlement of its contribution by 31 January 2025, by transfer, in Euro and net of all bank
charges referring to the same account information as 2024.
For security reasons, the UNIDROIT Secretariat shall no longer transmit bank account
information unless there are any changes thereto and under no circumstances would any new bank
information be relayed to the UNIDROIT membership via any means other than official Diplomatic
Correspondence.
UNIDROIT would be grateful if the Embassy of the Republic of Estonia in Italy would kindly
communicate the contents of this Note Verbale as well as its enclosure to the competent Authorities
of its Government.
