Thank you for your e-mail.
For products registered before 01.01.2025, the following fees apply:
- * according to § 2984 of the State Fees Act, state fee of 100 euros shall be paid annualy for the publication and maintaining of a notification of a tobacco product and a tobacco product related product;
- * according to § 104 (4) of the Tobacco Act, on submission of a notification of the sales volumes of a tobacco product and a tobacco product related product, the notifier shall pay the Health Board a notification assessment fee of 240 euros;
- * according to § 2984 of the State Fees Act, state fee of 740 euros shall be paid for amendment (modification) of the notification of a tobacco product and a tobacco product related product.

Dear Sir/Madame,
I am writing on behalf of Monster Vape Labs with company ID 0850 for e-cigarette tobacco products registered since 9/12/22. Do the fees for the new amendment of the Tobacco Act apply to notified products that were registered in the past? Or are we only subject to the annual renewal?
The products notified are as follows:
