Dear Mr Ackers,
Herewith, the Estonian Ministry of the Interior is kindly requesting the European Commission
to extend the deadline for assurance package referred in the article 98(1) of the Regulation (EU)
2021/1060 (CPR) for the accounting year 01/07/2023–30/06/2024 of programmes
2021EE65AMPR001, 2021EE65BVPR001, and 2021EE65ISPR001 until 1/03/2025.
The request is based on Article 98(2) of the CPR and motivated by a request of the Audit
Authority due to additional workload caused by two parallel financing periods.
