Please, note that the amendments to the Tobacco Act (§ 10⁴) and the Statutory Fees Act (§ 298⁴) entered into force on 01.01.2025.

For notifications submitted before 01.01.2025, including not yet assessed notifications, the following fees apply:

• * in accordance with § 298⁴ of the Statutory Fees Act, statutory fee of 100 euros shall be paid annualy for the publication and maintaining of a notification of a tobacco product and a tobacco product related product;

• * in accordance with § 10⁴ (4) of the Tobacco Act, on submission of a notification of the sales volumes of a tobacco product and a tobacco product related product, the notifier shall pay the Health Board a notification assessment fee of 240 euros;

• * in accordance with § 298⁴ of the Statutory Fees Act, statutory fee of 740 euros shall be paid for amendment (modification) of the notification of a tobacco product and a tobacco product related product.

The Health Board will send an invoice for the assessment of the sales volumes of tobacco products and products related to tobacco products after 31 March.

In the case of statutory fees, the Health Board does not send an invoice.
