Dear Sir/Madam,

Thank you for your e-mail. Our response on the annual fee of e-cigarettes, as well as on the procedures related to data on sales volumes.

1.    In accordance with § 10² of the Tobacco Act, data on sales volumes, by brand name and type of the product must be submitted by 31 March.

2.    In accordance with § 10⁴ of the Tobacco Act, upon submission of a notification on the sales volumes of tobacco products and products related to tobacco products, the person submitting the notification pays the Health Board 240 euros for the assessment of the notification.

The Health Board will send an invoice for the assessment of the sales volumes of tobacco products and products related to tobacco products after 31 March.

3.    In accordance with § 298⁴ (3) of the Statutory Fees Act, a statutory fee of 100 euros per year is paid for publication and storage of a notification of tobacco products and products related to tobacco products.

In the case of statutory fees, the Health Board does not send an invoice.
