Subject: No-nicotine vaping products regulations in Estonia
Dear Anna Andrzejewska,
In response to your letter concerning no-nicotine electronic cigarette regulation in Estonia. Regulation is same for all ENDS and ENNDS, only difference is provisions concerning nicotine content, all other provisions are same, that also mean 2 ml capacity limit.
