Dear Sir/Madam,
First, a statutory fee must be paid submitting a notification of tobacco products and products related to a tobacco product in accordance with § 104 (1) of the Tobacco Act.
The assessment of the notification will begin after the statutory fee has been received in the account of the Ministry of Finance. The Health Board will not process notifications with unpaid fees (§ 11 (2) of the Statutory Fees Act) and such notifications will not be published on the website of the Health Board.
In the case of statutory fees, the Health Board does not send an invoice.
The Health Board issues an invoice for the fees referred to § 104 (3) of the Tobacco Act if the statutory fee has been received in the account of the Ministry of Finance and the notification contains the information required by Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2015/2183. If the fees for the assessment are not paid by the date indicated on the invoice, the Health Board will stop processing the notification and the notification will not be published on the website of the Health Board.

Thank you for your e-mail. Our response on the annual fee of e-cigarettes, as well as on the procedures related to data on sales volumes.
1. In accordance with § 102 of the Tobacco Act, data on sales volumes, by brand name and type of the product must be submitted by 31 March.
2. In accordance with § 104 of the Tobacco Act, upon submission of a notification on the sales volumes of tobacco products and products related to tobacco products, the person submitting the notification pays the Health Board 240 euros for the assessment of the notification.
The Health Board will send an invoice for the assessment of the sales volumes of tobacco products and products related to tobacco products after 31 March.
3. In accordance with § 2984 (3) of the Statutory Fees Act, a statutory fee of 100 euros per year is paid for publication and storage of a notification of tobacco products and products related to tobacco products.
In the case of statutory fees, the Health Board does not send an invoice.
