Dear Becky,

Tobacco related products notified by you for Estonian market through EU-CEG portal are not compliant with § 8¹ (2) of the Tobacco Act and the notifications have been found in breach with § 10² (1) of the Tobacco Act.

Products IDs:

The products contain ingredients with a taste/smell different from tobacco and/or menthol.

According to the Tobacco Act:

(2) The nicotine-containing and nicotine-free liquid shall not contain the following substances:

5) flavourings, except for the taste and smell of tobacco and menthol.

Please, clarify, if the volume of e-liquid is 10 ml, how can the weight of e-liquid be 100 mg? Nicotine content does not match those reported. There is no data on the CLP classification of nicotine and other ingredients, no EU representative, no toxicological data of the ingredients (including attachments), and incomplete data of emissions.
