To whom who need an access to the database - Access to the database from outside of Estonia is temporarily restricted and is allowed based on the IP address. To gain access, you need to send your IP address to the address [email protected]. Your IP address can be viewed by visiting msa.sm.ee and copying it from there.

While the IP-based access is granted by TEHIK, I will create an account and provide the access information to Ms. Brazinskienė so that after access is granted, she can enter the database using a username and password.
