ICA 2025 Annual Membership Fee Dear Mr. Heildelberg,
Hello and I hope this communication finds you well. One more year has passed, with the recent successful annual event, the 58th ICA Conference which was hosted in Gaborone, Botswana. The ICA community of CIOs was brought together once again, for the valuable sharing of expertise aimin to ensure robust digital governance. Although for a small number nationals, participating in person was not possible, the organization of the conference ensured everyone access and availability to actively participate in and observe the entire programme via virtual and hybrid means. Through continued communication the ICA’s aim is to support our members respond to the ever growing global needs by supporting our governments through the exchange of knowledge and best practices.
With this communication, I am writing to advise you that the annual ICA Membership fee for 2025 is now due and as such, I am enclosing a formal request for payment. The preferred method of payment is by electronic transfer. To assist the smooth flow of funds please find the IBAN and BIC/SWIFT code numbers as well as the traditional bank account details on the invoice attached. As a reminder, following the official legalization of the International Council for Information and Technology in Government Administration (ICA) to an international non-profit association (INPA), the annual membership fee needs to be invoiced in Euro, with the amount set at €3500 as agreed during the 2019 General Assembly which took place in Bucharest, Romania. If payment by electronic transfer is unavailable to you, please contact me by email at the above address if you wish to use an alternative method. Thank you for your help and co-operation.
