Dear partners, colleagues and friends,

In light of the ongoing military actions and the constant threat posed by Russia, Ukraine continues to face critical challenges in addressing the urgent humanitarian needs of its population and state institutions. To ensure the effective coordination and provision of humanitarian assistance, I would like to share the following updated lists of needs (find attached):

Energy Sector

The Ukrainian energy system urgently requires equipment and components to restore facilities damaged as a result of Russia’s armed aggression. Your support in this area is vital to ensuring uninterrupted access to energy for millions of Ukrainians.

Medical Sector

The provision of medicines and medical equipment remains a critical priority.

Social Sector

Support for Ukraine’s social infrastructure is crucial, including assistance for vulnerable populations affected by the ongoing conflict.

Your continued partnership and assistance are essential for addressing these pressing needs. We are deeply grateful for your commitment to supporting Ukraine during these challenging times.
