Dear Erika Frigo,
The latest deadline for 2024 sales volume update for vaping products is 31 March 2025.
Please, note that the amendments to the Tobacco Act (§ 104) and the Statutory Fees Act (§ 2984) entered into force on 01.01.2025 and these amendments also relate to the reporting of sales volumes.
§ 104 of the Tobacco Act. State fee for review, amendment, publication and storage of notification, and fees for assessment of information
(2) The person submitting a notification specified in §§ 10–103 of this Act pays a state fee for the publication and storage of the notification according to the rate provided in the State Fees Act by 31 March each year.
(4) Upon submission of a notification on the sales volumes of tobacco products and products related to tobacco products, the person submitting the notification pays the Health Board 240 euros for the assessment of the notification.

(3) A statutory fee of 100 euros per year is paid for publication and storage of a notification of tobacco products and products related to tobacco products.
In the case of statutory fees, the Health Board does not send an invoice. The invoice will be send for the assessment of the notification on the sales volumes.
