as we have already informed you, the legal form of Sporlastic GmbH has been changed to a limited partnership.

"Sporlastic GmbH Medizinische Produkte" has been converted into "Sporlastic GmbH & Co. KG".

The ownership structure of the company will not change. Neither will your known contact persons in our company. They can still be reached at their usual telephone numbers and e-mail addresses.

If you have indicated Sporlastic GmbH to authorities/offices in your country for product registration, then this also needs to be changed accordingly.

Please let us know as soon as possible if this is the case.

Please inform the respective offices where you have indicated Sporlastic GmbH for the product registration about the change, so that the new correct name Sporlastic GmbH & Co. KG is registered.
