Dear Erika,
The Health Board is of the opinion, that nicotine strips are a novel food (as they melt in the mouth and ingested – not spit out), and as nicotine is prohibited in the novel food,
they can not be used.
Unfortunately the question is not clearly regulated in EU level.

If they are allowed, is there any specific requirement to be followed in order to put the product on the market?
