Dear partner
We would like to inform you that on 19.12.2024, AS Kodupaber acquired 100% of AS Ristart's shares, and thus AS Ristart became a subsidiary of AS Kodupaber.
Kodupaber currently operates under the single brand AREN. The brands managed by Kodupaber include Neutrogena, Listerine, Ecolatier, Taika, Mossa, Biozell, Sanytol, Diversey, Tork, etc., in addition to the brands in the Ristart portfolio.
We have planned a transition period of 01.02-30.04.2025, during which the merger will take place in terms of systems, warehouses, assortment, contracts and personnel.
Until then, orders, deliveries and invoicing will take place in the usual way.
The first stage of the transition (11.02-17.02.2025) will be the transfer of the Ristart office to the Kodupaber office at Karjavälja tee 10.

Kodupaber toimetab täna ühtse kaubamärgi AREN all. Kodupaberi hallatavate kaubamärkide alla kuuluvad Neutrogena, Listerine, Ecolatier, Taika, Mossa, Biozell, Sanytol, Diversey, Tork jpm., millele lisanduvad ka Ristart portfellis olevad kaubamärgid.
Ülemineku perioodiks oleme planeerinud 01.02-30.04.2025, mille jooksul toimub ühinemine nii süsteemide, ladude, sortimendi, lepingute ja personali osas.
Selle ajani toimuvad tellimused, tarned ja arvete esitamine tavapärasel viisil.
