SUBJECT: Calling Letter to Baltic States Military Diving SME meeting

1. It is my pleasure to invite the representatives of the Baltic States Navies diving community to the Military Diving SME meeting.
2. As per REF A. the sending nations are kindly requested to support this joint effort by sending their chief divers and supporting personnel as found fitting. The main effort of this planning session is suggested to be discussing the opportunities of forwarding diving related capabilities in protection of underwater infrastructure.
3. The planned period for the event is from 27 February 2025, until 28 February 2025 and will be held at the LVA TRADOC Naval Training Centers’, Diving Training Sections’ facilities in Liepaja, Latvia.
4. Participants are to send their personal detail to POC NLT 26FEB2025 covering participants Name, Surname, ID number and Military ID number.
