Aerocraft Solution LLC on behalf of YTO Cargo Airlines (Chinese-based Air Operator) is planning to launch series of charter flights on route China-TLL-China 2x/wk or 3x/wk flights operating by B757F or 767F, duration of these flights tentatively 1 year eff. APR-25.

Before we send a formal application for landing approval with required information to process it, kindly ask you to provide following information below:

1. Can the flight carry cargo inbound and outbound to/from TLL providing required information for application?

2. Can we apply schedule flights or (series) non-schedule is possible as of now?

3. What is the lead time to apply for series of charter flights and how many flights are possible to operate (i.e. any limits or requirements) ? Can we refer to information from AIP: https://eaip.eans.ee/ ?

4. Which documents we require to provide to support the application (i.e. AOC, fleet docs, etc.)?

5. Are there any special requirements for DG Cargo (General Cargo contain lithium battery, UN3481), nature of cargo planned to be carried: E-commerce?

6. Landing permision validity?

7. Should we send Landing Permit application to: [email protected] ? Any other additional email ID we should send to?

8. SLOT: as per WASG Annex 12.7 TLL is not slot coordinated airport. If not, please advise which email to be send Slot Clearance Request?

Any further additional information which will be helpful for us to work on the correct applicaion is highly apprecited.
