Dear Sir / Madam,
We are looking for potential partners in the Baltics to join our initial stage of building this network. We are currently in the stages of reaching out and securing funding.
We have a good group of Nordic partners and also from Ukraine but lack a member representing the Baltics. We were recommended to you.
So with short notice we inquire about any potential partner relevant to the topic of our network.
Please see below our enclosed Letter of Intent.
Best regards - Nik Dee Dahlstrom

Letter of Intent for Establishing a Regional Network
Dear Nordic, Baltic and Ukraine Partners,
We, the undersigned organisations, hereby express our intent to form a collaborative Nordic-Baltic regional network dedicated to promoting children's right to play. Our network will align with the main objective of protecting, preserving, and promoting play as a fundamental human right for every child, as recognised by Article 31 of the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child.
Network Objectives
To create a strong, interconnected community of play advocates across the Nordic and Baltic regions.
To develop and share best practices for promoting children's play.
To leverage the newly established UN International Day of Play as a focal point for our initiatives.
To establish a digital platform for knowledge exchange and collaboration.
Digital Platform
We propose to create a user-friendly digital platform that will:
Facilitate the sharing of ideas, initiatives, and best practices.
Host virtual meetings and webinars.
Provide resources and tools for play advocacy.
Showcase successful play projects from across the region.
Partner Commitments
As core partners of this network, we commit to:
Actively participate in regular network meetings and discussions.
Contribute content and resources to the digital platform.
Organise and participate in events related to the International Day of Play.
Share our expertise and experiences to strengthen the network's impact.
Reach out in our region and play-related network to invite and expand the network.
We look forward to building this important network together and making a significant impact on children's right to play across the Nordic and Baltic regions.
Sincerely,
Nik Dee Dahlstrom
