appreciate your resolute support and solidarity in these difficult times of our state's

struggle for its freedom and independence. Estonia's assistance in the political,

humanitarian and security spheres is invaluable and strengthens our faith in victory.

I am convinced that the interaction between our countries, in the field of internal

affairs, will continue to develop, contributing to security and stability in the region.

With joint efforts, we will make our states even stronger and more resilient to modern

challenges.

I wish you, dear Mr. Minister, good health, inspiration and new achievements,

and to the friendly people of Estonia - peace, well-being and prosperity.

Estonia!

On such an essential day for your state, I would like to express my deep gratitude

for the support that Estonia has been providing to Ukraine in our struggle for freedom

and sovereignty. We highly appreciate your solidarity and concrete actions that

contribute to strengthening security and stability in our region.

Cooperation between our Ministries is an important element of partnership

relations between Ukraine and Estonia. I am convinced that our interaction will

continue to develop, in the areas of law enforcement, civil protection and security.
