Dear Ms Ida Vodica Laska,
On behalf of Mr Villu Kõve, Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Estonia, I would like to thank you for the kind invitation to participate in the Conference of Chief Justices of Central and Eastern Europe, which will take place on June 9–10, 2025 in Vlora.
Unfortunately, Chief Justice Kõve is unable to attend the upcoming Conference as he has prior commitments, which could not be rearranged (in the beginning of June the Chief Justice chairs the General Assembly of Estonian judges as well presents a raport concerning the administration of courts, administration of justice and uniform application of law to the Estonian Parliament).
We wish every success with the organisation of the Event, and once again, express sincere regret for not being able to attend.

Dear Chief Justices and Supreme Court Representatives,
We sincerely appreciate your interest in this year’s Conference and look forward to receiving all of your participation confirmations and completed questionnaires.
In the coming weeks, we will provide you with all the necessary details regarding your arrival and stay. Meanwhile, please find below some key information for the Conference:
- * Accommodation costs for the duration of the event (June 8-10) will be borne by each delegation for a total of three nights. Hotel details will be shared in due course.
- * Each delegation is invited to participate in a 1+2 format (1 Chief Justice + 2 Judges or other representatives).
- * The conference will be held in English, and translation will be provided upon request, therefore let us know if such arrangement is needed.
- * As hosts, we will cover all meals throughout the Conference, including the Welcoming Dinner, as well as participation in the exclusive social program.
- * Travel costs to and from Tirana will be covered by each delegation individually.
- * Transfers between Tirana’s Mother Teresa Airport and Vlora will be arranged by the Supreme Court of Albania.
As we're in the process of finalizing arrangements for the upcoming Chief Justices Conference we kindly request your assistance in providing us with the exact number of attendees from your court when submitting your questionnaires.
