Dear Mr Lehmann,
For registration process, according to Estonian Aviation Act § 18 the owner or operator of the aircraft shall be an Estonian citizen, a person holding a long-term residence permit or the right of permanent residence in Estonia, a legal person registered in Estonia, a local authority or the Estonian state.
Also it has to be taken into account that registration process and also if the aircraft has been already registered into Estonian civil a/c register, then the aircraft is automatically subject to surveillance by Estonian Transport Administration and surveillance program includes Aircraft Continuing Airworthiness Monitoring (ACAM) and which also means, that all expenses related with registration and surveillance process shall be covered by owner/operator.
About Your question regarding flight operations please refer to Regulation (EU) No 965/2012 Article 2 – Definitions to avoid commercial operations without AOC.
Also it was not clear from Your question - the owners are as well pilots themselves or owners are passengers?

Dear Sir, Madam,
We are planning to register a Cirrus SF50 (Vision Jet) on the Estonian registry by the end of 2025. For now we are hesitating with different registrars.
I would like to have your confirmation that if the aircraft owners will be our company (Estonian register company) and other personal owners, then personal owners will be able to fly their aircraft under the private flight regulations (they will own a part of the aircraft on a shared basis).
