Dear Commander Värk,
Following your invitation to the pollution response exercise PUHAS MERI, to be held 3-4 June in the Gulf of
Finland, near the port of Muuga, the Agency hereby confirms its participation. In accordance with your
request, we will join the exercise during both days (at sea and port open day) with the EMSA contracted
vessel Vingaren, based in Frederikshavn, Denmark.
