Statutory fees for tobacco products are set out in § 2984 of the Statutory Fees Act.

There is no need to notify nicotine pouches to the Estonian market through the EU-CEG portal.
The deadline for submitting annual declarations and the process for their submission is 31st March 2025.

- 1. The fees for product notification in the EUCEG system (notification of electronic cigarettes and refills), including disposable e-cigarettes, reusable e-cigarettes, e-liquids/refill liquids, cartridges, and nicotine pouches.
- 2. The fees for modifications or updates to registered products.
- 3. The annual fees.
- 4. Whether lists of positively registered products are published, and where they can be accessed.
- 5. The deadline for submitting annual declarations and the process for their submission.
